Investor Information

Accounts, exchange rate forecasts, reporting and follow-up vis-à-vis investors

IPI Management AS oversee all administration of the companies, including complete bookkeeping for Eiendomsfond Tyskland I AS (The Fund), its shareholders (Eiendomsinvestor Tyskland I KS and Eiendomsinvestor Tyskland I AS, Boliginvest Tyskland KS and Boliginvest Tyskland AS) and the German companies (GmbH) established by The Fund as owning  companies for the individual properties.

IPI Management AS reports regularly to The Fund’s board and to the partners in the shareholding companies of The Fund. IPI Management AS also undertakes the necessary paperwork required by the authorities in respect of taxes, charges etc.

Bookkeeping services are provided by Børresen & Wiersdalen AS, Norway. The cost is covered by IPI Management AS’ fee.

Grant Thornton Revisjon AS is engaged as auditor of the Norwegian companies in the group. Grant Thornton is a world-leading accounting and consultancy firm with more than 21,000 employees in 110 countries. The Norwegian branch of Grant Thornton was established in autumn 1987. 

The audit costs for each company in the group are charged to the individual companies.
