Eiendomsfond Tyskland I AS (The Fund) is a Norwegian limited company owned by two Norwegian limited partnerships:

Eiendomsinvestor Tyskland I KS, with 19,95 %
Boliginvest Tyskland KS, with 80,05 %

The Fund has share capital of NOK 334,510,497 and is managed by IPI Management AS under a separate management agreement.

IPI Management AS presents investment proposals to The Fund’s board, which makes a decision on the investments. IPI Management AS is authorised by The Fund to implement its decisions, and oversee the continual follow-up and management of the property portfolio as well as reporting to shareholders in The Fund.

The Fund presently owns 44 properties comprising 1,319 apartments and 49 commercial premises. The total letting area comprises 88,913 m². The average purchase price is €998 per m² or some €93 per sq. ft. (47 properties). The gross loan-to-asset ratio is 65 %.
