About IPI Management AS

IPI Management AS acts as a business and asset manager for companies investing directly or indirectly in real estate projects. IPI Management AS is responsible for the day-to-day management of these companies and for the purchase and management of properties on their behalf. All acquisitions and contracts are subject to advance approval by the boards of the respective companies.

IPI Management AS was established in Oslo on 4 October 2005. The shares are controlled by:

International Property Investments AS – 50 %
Lønnhaugen AS – 5 %
Vendla Eiendom AS – 45 %
